High Quality Free Orchestral Vst

1 – LABS by Spitfire Audio
This is a complete range of many instruments that Spitfire Audio shares with you, completely for free. And they continue to add more instruments that you can use for your music compositions without having to break the bank. Here are some of my favorites:

Edirol Orchestral is a dope discontinued VST that we can’t find anywhere. So we decided to share this with you as a free download! Contains realistic orchestral sounds and instruments! Premium acoustic sounds, focusing on Strings, Woodwinds, Brass, Percussion and Keyboards. To start with, every plugin comes with a different selection of orchestral instruments. Not all of them include a full orchestra, while some of them allow you to use the instruments individually as well. Secondly, an orchestral plug-in can allow for a lot of tweaking and include many articulations, or it might have more limited capabilities.
- What it does: MT Power Drum Kit 2 is the fastest, easiest way to get high-quality drums out of a free VST. 2 – The Free Orchestra by Project Sam
My first high end orchestral sample library was actually Symphobia 1, back in…2008 I think. I fell in love with the warm, close sound, and great variation in the sample library.
Now Project Sam has a series of free orchestral instruments based mainly on the sounds from Symphobia. And even if I already have that product, it can be great to have a dedicated instrument with low footprint on CPU and RAM, while still sounding great. Here are some of my favorites:

3 – Layers by Orchestral Tools
Orchestral Tools have some of the most high end orchestral sample libraries on the market. So getting access to a free product from them, which still has the same professional quality recordings captured at Teldex Scoring Stage in Berlin, and made available in their SINE player is truly a gift! You get chords, sustains and staccatos of:

Now of course there are plenty more free sample libraries of orchestral instruments out there. But I recommend you to choose the best of the best, if you are going to use free tools.
